Supervision.
Individual and group supervision.
I offer supervision in individual and group settings. The dates can be arranged flexibly and can take place either in my practice or, if necessary, at the respective institute or online. Please send me an e-mail to make an appointment to get to know me.
In my view, supervision primarily involves reflection on one's own therapeutic actions and one's own (therapist's) personality. The personal and professional growth is in the foreground. It is very important to me in therapeutic work that someone can get to know, develop and consolidate their own therapist personality. It is therefore essential within supervision that someone can try out their own personality in their work, but at the same time has the space and guidance to reflect on their own actions and to find, question and define themselves in them. In a supervision session, difficulties or problems of therapeutic work can therefore be addressed with the aim of improving one's own therapeutic actions and repertoire. This can take place both on the level of general therapeutic work and the execution of interventions, but also in the sense of case supervision, which can be specifically addressed and worked on on the basis of an individual case.
Team supervision.
I also offer team supervision for different settings and working environments. Please contact me to arrange a first appointment to get to know each other.
I find supervision for teams that work intensively together very exciting and informative. Because within a team, problems can always arise that make working together more difficult. Or you are "blind" to certain processes or topics, so that your own work does not bring the desired success and it is difficult to determine the reason for this. Especially when working with other people, it is very important to discuss and reflect on your own actions, thoughts and feelings within the team and to intervene if necessary. Since this is often not given enough space in the daily work routine, a team supervision can help to consciously concentrate on it and to take the necessary space and time to reflect on one's own work and actions within the team. How do we deal with each other? Which personal issues, views or wishes of each individual flow into the work in the team? Which (un-) pronounced rules and structures prevail in the team? Are these useful or rather hindering for the own work? Therefore, in team supervision, I pursue the goal of defining a fulfilling cooperation that can realize the common goal, namely to make the work with clients/patients the best possible.
